Next, I will list your property on our MLS, using detailed descriptions and professional photographs.


        To effectively market your property, I will implement a strategic plan that includes online marketing, a strong emphasis on social media, and the organization of Open Houses. 


        When it comes time to negotiate, I will review offers from buyers with you and negotiate terms to secure the best possible price on your behalf. I will also review the purchase agreement before you sign to ensure it reflects what we agreed upon. Throughout the process, I will coordinate with the buyer's agent, your lender, and the closing attorney to facilitate a smooth closing.
